Sell us your cards

Send us a list, we’ll make you an offer, and you get paid once your cards reach us and we have checked them.

How it works

Start to finish, and who owes what at each step.

1 You send us your list Two ways, and either is fine: fill in our template, or paste a link to your collection in Collectr. No account, and it costs nothing.
2 We price it by hand Every card checked against what it is actually selling for — condition, set, printing and grading all change the number. Usually a day or two; for 50 cards or more, please allow at least three days before chasing us.
3 We send you an offer It appears on your own offer page. You get that link the moment you send the list — save it, because it is the only way back to the offer.
4 You accept or decline Nothing is committed until you accept. Decline and nothing else happens; the cards never leave your house.
5 You post the cards We show you where to send them once you have accepted.
6 We check them against your list This is the part people ask about: we do not pay on acceptance. Payment happens after your cards arrive and we have verified them. If anything does not match what you listed, we talk to you before any money moves.
7 You tell us how to be paid, and we pay Once your cards are verified we ask how you would like the money, and send it.

Where our numbers come from

Vintage and mid-era cards: priced from TCGplayer and eBay only. Collectr values are not used or considered for these — they drift too far from what these cards actually trade for.

Modern cards: Collectr is fine as a starting point, and we check it against TCGplayer and eBay as well.

If you change your mind before posting, tell us and we will close it — you are not committed to anything by sending a list, and an offer you do not answer simply lapses.

Best for 25 cards or fewer, and for anything graded — a slab needs its grader and grade, and that is what these columns are for.

It opens in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets. One card per row: card name, set, card number, variant, condition and how many you have. If a card is in a grading slab, put yes in the Graded column and add the grader and grade (PSA 10, BGS 9.5) — a graded card is worth far more than the same card loose, and we price it that way.
